Yirmea Immo has officially launched a new digital platform in Burkina Faso to streamline the real estate market. Introduced at a press conference in Ouagadougou, the platform is accessible via web and mobile applications (Android and iOS). It aims to centralize property searches, rentals, sales, and listings, connecting users directly with owners, landlords, agencies, and developers to reduce issues such as incomplete information and fraudulent listings.

Separately, industry analysis suggests a broader digital acceleration in the real estate sector is expected by 2027. This shift is being driven by the convergence of artificial intelligence, data exploitation, and regulatory changes, such as the mandatory implementation of electronic invoicing for small and medium-sized enterprises in France.
