Yıldırım Kaya criticizes agricultural economic pressures in Edirne

He also reported that sunflower planting areas in the region are projected to decrease by 15 percent in 2026, while canola planting has seen a 100 percent increase due to drought and economic pressures.
Additionally, Kaya criticized the lack of economic benefit for local businesses despite high traffic through the Kapıkule border crossing.
