Yılmaz Grup expands real estate projects in Sakarya

Yılmaz Grup, a real estate and construction company celebrating 20 years in the industry, continues to expand its footprint in Sakarya, Turkey. The company has reached a total construction volume of 300,000 square meters through various residential, commercial, and office developments.

In the Serdivan district, the company is currently working on three major projects: Reserve, which consists of 18 luxury villas; Living Serdivan, featuring 54 apartments; and Working Serdivan, which includes 20 offices and 3 shops.

In the Adapazarı region, Yılmaz Grup is developing the Black Eyes project with 54 apartments, the Statü project in the Yeni Stat area featuring 114 apartments and 20 shops, and the Effect project in Korucuk, which comprises 90 apartments. The Effect project is noted for its proximity to the new city hospital, the governor's office, and local schools.
