Directed, produced, and co-written by Suar, the film marks a reunion for Suar and Oreiro following their work on ‘Solamente vos’ over a decade ago. The plot follows Rocío Flores (Oreiro), a sociology professor investigating modern narcissism, who begins a close study of Máximo Rey (Suar), an egocentric plastic surgeon, by posing as a patient.
