Yo Yo Honey Singh questioned by Maharashtra Cyber Cell

Rapper and music producer Yo Yo Honey Singh appeared before the Maharashtra Cyber Cell on Friday to record a statement regarding allegedly objectionable remarks made during a recent concert. The questioning lasted approximately two hours.

The investigation follows a complaint alleging that a song performed during the concert was highly obscene and derogatory toward women, treating them as sex objects. Legal representatives argued that the song's availability on social media platforms poses a risk to children.

This appearance follows previous instances where the musician failed to appear after being summoned. Honey Singh had previously cited being abroad as the reason for his absence, though officials had indicated that a Look Out Circular (LOC) could be initiated if he failed to comply with summons.
