Yogi Adityanath criticizes political opponents and emphasizes technological advancement

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has accused certain political forces of conspiring to plunge the country into instability, chaos, and separatism for the sake of power. In a social media post, he stated that while India is emerging as a leading fast-growing economy under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, some entities are attempting to tarnish India's global image by disregarding national interests.

Separately, the Chief Minister highlighted the importance of integrating new technological possibilities with public interest, justice, and the future of youth. Addressing the ‘TechSangam 2026’ event at the Uttar Pradesh State Institute of Forensic Science, he emphasized the need for advancements in AI, cyber forensics, quantum technology, and data protection.

Adityanath noted that since 2017, the state has expanded its technical infrastructure, moving from having only two cyber police stations and four forensic labs to establishing cyber stations in all 75 districts. He asserted that these improvements in scientific investigation and technical resources are strengthening the justice system and increasing conviction rates.
