Yogi Adityanath leads cultural and patriotic initiatives in Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is spearheading several state-wide initiatives focused on cultural tradition and national patriotism.

Regarding the annual Kanwar Yatra pilgrimage held during the holy month of Shravan, the Chief Minister described the event as a festival of social harmony and equality. He emphasized that the journey serves as a living expression of discipline and cultural tradition, where distinctions of caste, class, and economic status become secondary. The state government has committed to providing logistical support, including medical assistance, clean water, and traffic management, to ensure the safety of devotees.

Additionally, as part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Adityanath is set to lead a Tiranga Yatra in Gorakhpur. The procession, scheduled to begin at the Town Hall, aims to promote national unity and respect for the national flag. The state government has encouraged citizens across Uttar Pradesh to participate by hoisting the national flag at their homes to celebrate national identity.
