SIM Keliling license renewal rolls out across Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Bekasi and Yogyakarta
Indonesia's police are operating mobile driving‑license renewal services (SIM Keliling) in July 2026. The service is available on 9‑11 July at multiple sites: in DKI Jakarta at Grand Cakung Mall, LTC Glodok, Kalibata Trilogy Campus, Artha Gading Mall and the Lapangan Banteng post office; in Bogor at Jambu Dua Mall and McD Lodaya; in Bekasi at the West Bekasi district office; in Bandung at Borma Cipadung Cibiru and ITC Kebon Kelapa; and in Yogyakarta (Jogja, Kulonprogo, Bantul) at various public squares and Mal Pelayanan Publik locations. Operating hours range from 08:00‑10:00 WIB in the mornings to evening slots of 18:30‑20:00 WIB on weekends.
Applicants must present an original KTP with copy, the current SIM (A or C) with copy, a health certificate and a psychological‑test result. Fees are Rp80 000 for SIM A and Rp75 000 for SIM C; medical and test costs are extra. The service renews only active SIM A and SIM C; new licences must still be processed at a Satpas office. Authorities aim to ease congestion at Satpas centres and provide convenient access for drivers across the region.
