Indonesia regional mobile services for SIM and Samsat

Various regional authorities in Indonesia are providing mobile services for driver's license (SIM) renewals and vehicle tax payments (Samsat) throughout early October 2026.

In Yogyakarta, Polda DIY is operating mobile SIM services in Sleman and Bantul, while Kulonprogo offers renewals at Satpas, public malls, and through a night service called SIMENOR. Bandung is also providing mobile SIM services at Metro Indah Mall and ITC Kebon Kelapa.

For vehicle taxes, Polda Metro Jaya is deploying Samsat Keliling services across eight areas, including Tangerang, Serpong, Ciledug, Ciputat, Kelapa Dua, Bekasi, Depok, and Cinere. In Bantul, residents can access various tax payment options including Samsat Induk, Samsat Pembantu Sewon, and specialized village-level services.

Authorities remind applicants that SIM renewals require valid identification and health certificates, while certain processes can be managed via the Digital Korlantas Polri application.
