Yogyakarta commuter trains KA Prameks and KA Bandara YIA publish July 2026 schedules

The Prambanan Express (KA Prameks) commuter service operating between Yogyakarta and Kutoarjo released its timetable for early July 2026. Departures from Tugu Station in Yogyakarta are scheduled at 06:40, 11:50, 15:15, 16:20 and 18:05, with arrivals at Kutoarjo at 07:42, 12:49, 16:16, 17:20 and 19:03. Return trips from Kutoarjo leave at 05:10, 09:05, 13:19, 16:50 and 18:45, reaching Yogyakarta at 06:10, 10:05, 14:19, 17:51 and 19:45. Tickets cost Rp 8,000 one‑way and can be bought via the Access by KAI app, KMT cards, e‑money or QR‑code scans.

The KA Bandara YIA service linking Yogyakarta’s city center with Yogyakarta International Airport also posted its July 2026 schedule. Regular trains run from early morning until night, with fares starting at Rp 10,000 one‑way. An Xpress variant offers faster trips with limited stops, priced from Rp 40,000 to Rp 50,000. Both services are available through the KA Bandara mobile app, Access by KAI, Railink website and station vending machines. The expanded rail options aim to reduce road congestion and provide reliable airport access for commuters and travelers in the region.
