In Yogyakarta, the Governor, Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X, addressed recent food poisoning incidents involving free nutritious meals (MBG), attributing them to negligence in food processing and storage rather than intentional harm. Additionally, the Yogyakarta regional government warned of a deepfake scam using AI-manipulated footage of the Sultan to promote fraudulent financial services.
