SIM Keliling mobile service schedules released for Yogyakarta region
Local police units in Yogyakarta province have published dates, locations, and hours for their SIM Keliling mobile services, which allow residents to renew driver’s licenses (SIM A and C) without visiting a Satpas office.
In Sleman, the service operates at the Satpas office on weekdays (08:00‑11:00), at a public shopping centre (MPP) on 4, 11, 18 and 25 June, and through a mobile unit at selected villages on 3, 9, and 23 June. Evening “Simeru” sessions are held on Saturdays at Sleman City Hall (19:00‑21:00).
Bantul’s schedule includes mobile stations in Manding (Tuesday 9 & 23 June, 08:00‑10:00), Gilangharjo (Thursday 4 & 18 June, 08:00‑10:00), Wukirsari (Thursday 11 & 25 June, 08:00‑10:00) and a night service at Parasamya (Saturday 13 & 27 June, 18:30‑20:00).
Jogja city offers a morning‑day unit at Simon Palace in Alun‑Alun Kidul on weekdays (08:00‑12:00) and a night‑time unit on Saturdays (19:00‑21:00). A drive‑through service is also available at the Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) on weekdays (08:00‑12:00).
For the broader Yogyakarta area, today’s (25 June) mobile services run in Bantul’s Wukirsari hall (08:00‑10:00) and Gunungkidul’s Siraman hall (09:00 onward). All locations require the applicant’s e‑KTP, current SIM, a health certificate, and a psychological test result. Renewal fees are Rp 80,000 for SIM A, B1, B2 and C, and Rp 30,000 for SIM D, exclusive of additional charges.
