Yogyakarta KSPN buses launch June 29 schedules to Parangtritis, Drini and other beaches

On Monday 29 June 2026, the Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) bus service in Yogyakarta began operating multiple routes linking the city centre at Malioboro with popular southern‑coast destinations in Gunungkidul. One route runs from Malioboro to Pantai Parangtritis with a fare of Rp12,000, while two additional routes serve Obelix Sea View (Rp12,000) and Pantai Drini (Rp26,000). Departures are scheduled from early morning (07:30) through late afternoon (up to 17:00), offering flexible travel times for tourists.

The service aims to provide an affordable, convenient alternative to private cars, helping to ease traffic congestion on the coastal roads, reduce vehicle emissions, and support sustainable tourism development in the region.
