Indonesia awaits Himbara billing for KDKMP credit installments

The Indonesian government is awaiting billing from the State-Owned Bank Association (Himbara) to process the first installment for the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperative (KDKMP) development credit. Although the first installment is due in September 2026, the Ministry of Finance has not yet received the necessary invoices from Himbara, which serves as the credit distributor.

According to Acting Director General of Fiscal Balance Nufransa Wira Sakti, payments will be made once the billing is received. The repayment scheme, regulated by Minister of Finance Regulation No. 15/2026, utilizes the state budget (APBN) sourced from Village Funds, General Allocation Funds (DAU), or Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH). PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara (Persero) is designated as the recipient of the credit funds distributed by Himbara for KDKMP physical development.

In other regional news, various public services and schedules have been updated for the Yogyakarta area, including Prameks train schedules, Trans Jogja bus routes, KSPN bus services to Parangtritis, and mobile driver's license (SIM) service locations. Additionally, farmers in Temanggung have been advised to monitor for pests during the dry season, and cinema schedules for Yogyakarta have been released.
