Various regional transportation and social service updates have been announced across Indonesia. In East Nusa Tenggara, TransNusa Aviation Mandiri has expressed interest in opening a new flight route connecting Denpasar, Maumere, and Kupang, following discussions with the Sikka Regency government.

In Jakarta, PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is planning to take over the management of public transportation in the Kepulauan Seribu islands starting in 2027. The company aims to strengthen connectivity and economic growth in the region by managing maritime transport, digital platforms, and port infrastructure.

In Central Java, the provincial government has distributed 181 adaptive wheelchairs to children with disabilities, including those with cerebral palsy. These specialized wheelchairs were custom-fitted to the recipients' postures to support daily activities and physical health.
