Yoho Brewing to launch seasonal apple pie craft beer in Hokkaido

Yoho Brewing Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of a new seasonal craft beer, ‘Sora to Shiba Seasonal #23 Apple Pie Brown Ale’. The fruit and spice beer will be available in limited quantities starting in early September 2026 at the ‘Sora to Shiba by Yo-Ho Brewing’ restaurant and beer stand located within Escon Field HOKKAIDO in Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido.

This release marks the first time the establishment has used ingredients such as apple, cinnamon, and star anise to create an apple pie-inspired aroma. The use of star anise is intended as a symbolic gesture to support the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters baseball team during the latter stages of the professional baseball season.

The new product will replace the previously available ‘Sora to Shiba Seasonal #20 Ginger Ale’.
