Yoko Shimomura concert tour expands to Sicily and Sardinia

The Echoes of Light concert tour, celebrating the career of renowned video game composer Yoko Shimomura, is expanding to Sicily and Sardinia following sold-out performances in Milan and Rome.

Scheduled for the autumn of 2026, the tour includes a performance on October 10 at the Auditorium del Conservatorio in Cagliari and on October 11 at the Teatro Golden in Palermo. The musical arrangements and performances will be led by Benyamin Nuss, with Shimomura herself joining him on stage for selected pieces.

The project is organized by Yellow Echoes, an Italian company specializing in international pop culture, animation, and gaming experiences. The initiative aims to bring major cultural events to regions that are frequently excluded from large-scale national tours. The repertoire will feature music from iconic titles such as Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy XV, Street Fighter II, Super Mario RPG, Legend of Mana, and Parasite Eve.
