Yolanda Andrade discusses health during television return

Television presenter Yolanda Andrade has returned to the program ‘Montse & Joe’ on Unicable following a period of intermittent appearances due to health issues. During the broadcast, Andrade spoke candidly about her medical condition, stating, “Well, I am sick and I am going to die.”

Her comments prompted immediate reactions from her colleagues and friends, Montserrat Oliver and Roxana Castellanos. Oliver attempted to diffuse the tension by noting that death is a universal part of life, responding, “We are all going to die.”

Andrade has previously disclosed being diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in 2025, and has also discussed the consequences of a brain aneurysm since 2023. While the recent comments were made amidst a conversation involving humor and social media controversies, they drew attention to her ongoing health struggles.
