Yomeishu Manufacturing to open wellness facility in Komagane

Yomeishu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has announced the opening of ‘Yomeishu Yojo no Mori,’ a new facility located within the grounds of its Komagane Factory in Komagane, Nagano Prefecture. Scheduled to open on September 1, 2026, the center is designed to allow visitors to experience the concept of ‘Yojo’—the practice of maintaining health through daily lifestyle habits.

The facility will feature several specialized areas, including a ‘Healing Area,’ a ‘Forest Library,’ and a ‘Play Park’ designed to teach the importance of physical warmth through exercise. Visitors can also learn about the manufacturing processes of medicinal Yomeishu and the use of crude drugs at the ‘Yomeishu Museum Komagane,’ which is slated for a renewal in October 2025.

To promote local culture and regional revitalization, the site will include a restaurant and bakery utilizing local ingredients and will collaborate with regional producers and businesses to showcase the charms of the Komagane and Ina Valley areas.
