Yongin FC nominated for K League 2 Friendly Club Award

Yongin FC, a professional football club founded in January, has been nominated for the second K League 2 ‘Friendly Club Award’ hosted by the Korea Professional Football Federation. The award recognizes clubs that excel in fan communication and community engagement activities.

After placing second in the first evaluation held in June, the club has once again secured a position among the top five clubs eligible for citizen voting. Yongin FC has focused on improving the spectator experience by conducting satisfaction surveys covering eight key areas, including ticketing, transportation, parking, facilities, and food services. These findings have been directly applied to home game operations.

To strengthen community ties, the club has implemented regular player autograph sessions and organized family-oriented events, such as special movie screenings at the stadium. Citizens can participate in the voting process through the official K League application, ‘KICK’, from June 8 to June 10.
