Yoo Jae-suk cancels SBS variety show recording due to illness

Broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk canceled a scheduled recording for the SBS variety program ‘틈만 나면,’ (Whenever There Is a Gap) Season 5 due to high fever and severe body aches caused by a cold.

According to his agency, Antenna, Yoo arrived at the filming location in Jongno, Seoul, but was unable to recover his condition before the shoot began. He personally apologized to the production staff for the sudden cancellation. This marks the first time since his debut in 1991 that he has canceled a recording on the day of filming due to health reasons, though he previously canceled a shoot in 2021 due to a COVID-19 diagnosis.

The agency stated that Yoo is currently focusing on recovery, and a new schedule for the re-recording is being coordinated with the production team.
