Yoon Eun-hye Seeks More Feminine Roles After ‘Coffee Prince’ Success

Actress Yoon Eun-hye discussed her concerns after the hit drama “Coffee Prince 1st Store” ended. In a YouTube video posted on her “Yoon Eun-hye Login” channel, she said praise for her short‑cut, boyish look made her fear that future projects might not recognize her as a woman. She said she wanted to choose a role that would let her show fashion, glamour and feminine appeal.

She explained that these considerations led her to accept the lead in the series “Ask the Lady,” where she plays the sole heir of a powerful Korean conglomerate. During the same broadcast she mentioned a Chinese fan who discovered her through the drama and asked whether she could say “I love you” in Chinese. Yoon expressed both gratitude for fans’ support and lingering regrets about her acting, but reaffirmed her desire to be recognized for her femininity in upcoming work.
