Yoseph Haddad reportedly forming new ‘Brave Israel’ political party

Israeli Arab activist and IDF veteran Yoseph Haddad is reportedly behind an application to register a new right-wing political party named ‘Brave Israel’. While Haddad’s name does not officially appear in the registration documents, sources familiar with the process indicate the slate is being organized on his behalf.

Haddad is exploring various political paths ahead of Israel’s national elections scheduled for October 27. While he has been mentioned as a potential candidate for the Likud party, he is also in discussions with retired Brigadier General Ofer Winter, the former Givati Brigade commander.

The party’s stated objectives focus heavily on national security and international relations. Specifically, ‘Brave Israel’ aims to integrate public diplomacy into the national security strategy, calling for a ‘permanent, proactive, offensive and unapologetic national public diplomacy apparatus’ to defend Israel’s position internationally and combat disinformation.
