Yoshida Jinjin to star in first lead drama series

Yoshida Jinjin, a member of the group M!LK, will make his first consecutive drama starring role in the upcoming series ‘Dekiai ~ Jitsu wa, Saikyo Hero ~’. The drama is scheduled to begin broadcasting on October 30, 2026, on TOKYO MX and other regional stations.

Based on the manga series ‘Jitsu wa Watashi, Dekiai saretemashita!? ~Saitei Kareshi kara Saikyo Kareshi e~’, the story follows Mashiro Fujisaki, a mysterious and highly capable colleague who protects the protagonist, Satsuki, from a toxic relationship and workplace harassment. Yoshida noted that the role involves performing action scenes, which he described as a surprising addition to a workplace romantic comedy.
