Yoshida Jinto appointed as tourism ambassador for Kirishima City and Kagoshima

Yoshida Jinto, leader of the dance and vocal group M!LK, has been appointed as the ‘Ojanse Kirishima Ambassador’ for Kirishima City in Kagoshima Prefecture. Following his appointment on July 17, a formal ceremony was held where he received his commission at Kagoshima Jingu, a shrine where he has personal childhood ties.

In addition to his role for Kirishima City, Yoshida was also appointed as the ‘Satsuma Ambassador’ for Kagoshima Prefecture on July 18. He expressed his honor in being able to promote the region’s natural beauty, fresh air, and hot springs. During the ceremony, Yoshida participated in a photo session with Kirishima Mayor Shinichi Nakashige, including a lighthearted moment where they performed a signature pose.
