In a social media update, Togashi stated that after completing his current existing assignments, he will decline all future requests for work involving strict deadlines. This decision aims to allow him to focus on his own creative projects, specifically his manga series, Hunter x Hunter. He noted that he will announce when he is able to resume work on his manuscripts.
