YOSHIKI cancels Global Citizen Festival performance in New York

YOSHIKI, the musician from X JAPAN, announced via social media that his scheduled performance at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City's Central Park has been canceled. The cancellation follows severe weather conditions and a state of emergency declared by New York City officials.

YOSHIKI expressed deep regret over the situation, noting that he had been preparing for months to perform songs such as ‘Endless Rain’ and ‘Red Swan’ for an audience of 60,000. He emphasized that the safety of the fans and other performers was the priority and promised to return in a larger capacity in the future.
