YOSHIKI collapses from exhaustion during US trip

YOSHIKI, the musician from X JAPAN, has collapsed due to excessive fatigue while traveling in the United States. His management office announced on September 19 that he is currently receiving medical treatment, including intravenous drips, under physician supervision.

The artist’s doctor attributed the condition to a prolonged, dense schedule involving frequent international travel between Japan, the US, Europe, and South Korea for concerts, recordings, and social activities. While recovery is expected within a few days, the incident has forced the cancellation of several scheduled appearances in Japan and the postponement of the ‘YOSHIKI CHANNEL’ live broadcast on September 21.

YOSHIKI expressed his apologies to fans via social media, stating that he is prioritizing his health to ensure he can appear at his scheduled performance in New York’s Central Park on September 26. This follows previous instances of health issues related to overwork in 2023 and 2024.
