Yoshka releases new single ‘Kao kap’

Zagreb-based singer-songwriter Yoshka has released a new original song titled ‘Kao kap’. The track explores themes of security and trust within romantic relationships, emphasizing that long-lasting happiness requires a sense of being protected and safe.

Yoshka composed both the music and lyrics, with arrangements provided by Zvonimir Dusper – Dus. The music video was directed by artist Dalibor Barić. The artist, who has Croatian-Bolivian roots, plans to perform the song at the Dalmatinske šansone festival in Šibenik in 2026.

In addition to her musical career, Yoshka is a music culture professor, organist, and choir conductor. She has previously participated in festivals such as Chansonfest and Dalmatinske šansone, where she received a jury award in 2024 for her song ‘Visoko more’.
