Their winning dish featured venison loin with peas, parsnip, pine shoots, and black chanterelles. The competition included teams from Wałbrzych, Bielsko-Biała, and Biedrzychowice, with a jury led by Swiss chef Kurt Scheller.

In Kędzierzyn-Koźle, the second Provincial Culinary and Waiter Competition, “Autumn on the Plate and Table,” saw students from Zespół Szkół nr 1 take first place in both the culinary and waiter categories.
