Young singers Celeste Morán and Emilia Pacheco win contests in Ecuador and Chile

Celeste Morán, a 10‑year‑old from Ecuador, claimed first place in a reality singing competition organized by content creator Kike Jav. She received a $200 prize and will open the Las Ñañas show in Lago Agrio on 18 July, with her mother, singer Jenny Romero, supporting her preparation.

In Chile, 9‑year‑old Emilia Pacheco won the Solista B category at the Festival Domingo Savio 2026, performing the song “Así fue.” Her victory earned her a slot opening the final day of the Festival MAM, adding to previous wins at the German School Voice Festival and other local events.
