Trammell indicated that the upcoming season may reinterpret major Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) events, such as ‘Civil War’, by exploring how they unfold in this specific parallel universe without Spider-Man’s involvement.

Additionally, actor Josh Keaton has confirmed he will portray Eddie Brock in the new season. A trailer for the sophomore chapter suggests the symbiote will play a significant role, potentially attempting to take over Spider-Man and leading to the appearance of a black costume.
