Youssef Belamari joins Al Ahly delegation in Barcelona despite injury

Al Ahly player Youssef Belamari has traveled with the team to Barcelona despite suffering a serious injury. Belamari, who recently underwent examinations confirming a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), appeared with the squad using crutches as they prepared for their upcoming Joan Gamper Trophy match against FC Barcelona at Camp Nou.

Although the injury will prevent him from participating in the match and upcoming fixtures, Belamari joined the delegation to provide moral support to his teammates. He is scheduled to undergo surgery followed by a rehabilitation program to regain fitness.

Belamari also issued a message to Al Ahly and Moroccan supporters, expressing his gratitude for their encouragement. He described the injury as a difficult personal test but emphasized his determination to undergo treatment and return to the pitch stronger.
