Youth activities and workshops organized in Slovenia

Various community organizations in Slovenia are hosting creative and physical workshops for young people. In Kočevje, the Ljudska univerza Kočevje is conducting creative-sporting workshops for children aged 6 to 12 as part of the Skupaj+ Multi-generational Center project. These sessions, co-financed by the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities and the European Social Fund Plus, focus on outdoor activities and artistic expression, such as making paper owls and bracelets.

In Domžale, the Center for Youth (CZM) has announced a November program for individuals aged 12 to 29. Activities include relaxation exercises led by a pilates instructor, a book club discussing Shirley Jackson’s work, and a kokedama workshop focused on Japanese plant shaping techniques. Additionally, crochet workshops are available for those looking to develop manual skills.
