Youth development and employment opportunities in Gradiška

The Youth Bank of Gradiška has issued a call for assistants aged 17 to 30 to participate in a practical skill-building program. Through the Mosaic Youth Banks program, participants will engage in hands-on tasks, receive mentorship, and develop communication, organizational, and digital skills. Upon completion of the requirements, participants can earn the qualification of ‘Project Assistant’.

Applications for the Gradiška program are open from October 20 to November 9, 2026. The selection process involves a quiz, an interview within the local community, and training sessions scheduled for December 2026.

Separately, developmental milestones for 17-year-olds are noted as a critical transition toward adulthood. This period involves significant cognitive development in areas such as risk assessment, impulse control, and long-term planning, alongside physical maturation and the importance of establishing healthy lifestyle habits.
