Youth employment programs conclude and launch in Uruguay and Spain

In Colonia, Uruguay, the Intendencia launched the 59th edition of the First Work Experience Program, providing 90 young people with their first professional opportunities. The event included the signing of new contracts, the distribution of diplomas to previous participants, and the selection of a participant to transition into a permanent official role.

In La Gomera, Spain, the Cabildo concluded the fourth edition of the New Employment Opportunities (NOE) program. This initiative, which involved an investment of 352,000 euros and was co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+), allowed eleven recent graduates in fields such as Law, Administration, and Social Work to gain one year of professional experience within various island government departments.
