Youth engagement events scheduled in Campobasso and Genoa

Various youth-focused events are scheduled across Italy to address civic engagement, employment, and social innovation.

In Campobasso, the “WHAT IF? – Festival del Possibile” will take place on September 18 and 19, 2026, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. Organized by Inflazione Caotica, an ecosystem of the ARES cooperative, the festival aims to foster dialogue regarding youth, labor, and regional development. The program includes discussions with experts on urban regeneration and social innovation, interviews with local youth, and various workshops designed to promote sustainable economic models and combat regional depopulation.

In Genoa, the “YOUNGDAYS” event will be held from September 23 to 25. The gathering focuses on active citizenship and collective memory, specifically marking the 25th anniversary of the 2001 G8 summit. The program includes a guided reflection on the legacy of the G8, discussions on social justice and democratic participation, and meetings with local institutions, including the Mayor of Genoa and the Archbishop of Genoa.
