Regional community events and charity initiatives held across Poland

Various regional community events and initiatives are taking place across Poland. In Mszana Górna, the municipality celebrated with the ‘Zagórzańskie Lato’ and ‘Beskidzkie Rytmy i Smaki’ festivals, featuring firefighter competitions, musical performances by Zakopower, and regional culinary displays.

In Karpacz, the ‘Szczyty Dobra’ initiative is organizing a charity hike to Śnieżka on September 5. The event aims to raise funds for the medical treatment and rehabilitation of two children, Łucja and Antoś, from the Gaworzyce municipality.

In the Limanowa region, the ‘Odkryj Beskid Wyspowy’ action took place on Mount Golców, bringing together tourists and locals for hiking and regional knowledge competitions.

Additionally, youth firefighter training programs are active in Chudobczyce and the Tuchom-Lipnica area. These camps provide young participants with practical experience in water rescue, forest navigation, and fire suppression to prepare them for future roles in volunteer fire departments.
