Youth firefighting competitions held in Zagreb and Sisak-Moslavina counties

Regional firefighting competitions for children and youth were held in Croatia, showcasing skills and teamwork among young volunteers.

In Zagreb County, the Firefighting Community organized a competition in Božjakovina involving 91 teams. Notable performers included DVD Ribnica, whose male children's team won first place and the title of county champions. Other successful groups included DVD Buševec, DVD Velika Buna, and DVD Petrovina, with several teams securing spots in the national competition.

In Sisak-Moslavina County, the 31st county competition for children and youth took place at the City Stadium in Kutina. The event hosted approximately 85 teams and 850 competitors, with over 1,000 total participants. Kutina Mayor Zlatko Babić emphasized the importance of firefighters in protecting lives and property, praising the volunteers for their dedication.
