Youth initiatives drive community projects in Buenos Aires Province

Youth engagement initiatives in the Province of Buenos Aires have highlighted community-driven solutions for environmental and social issues. In Patagones, students participated in the 8th Bonaerense Parliament for Youth, Adults, and Seniors. Participants presented various environmental projects, including managing wild boar populations, creating native plant barriers, waste management, and protecting water resources and riverbanks.

Additionally, the fourth edition of the ‘Voces Adolescentes’ program concluded at the Teatro Argentino in La Plata. Vice Governor Verónica Magario presided over the event, which recognized socio-community projects submitted by adolescents aged 12 to 18 from 27 districts. The program, driven by the Senate of the Province of Buenos Aires, aims to promote active civic participation among young people through democratic voting and community-focused initiatives.
