Youth leadership and training programs launch in Peru and Ecuador

Various youth leadership and training initiatives are launching in Peru and Ecuador. In Peru, the CADE Escolar 2026 event, promoted by IPAE Acción Empresarial, will gather 550 high school students from across the country. Scheduled for October 10 at the Colegio San Agustín in Lima, the program focuses on leadership, critical thinking, and active citizenship through workshops and interaction with business and academic leaders.

In Ecuador, the PoliScout Group has announced its 2026-2027 training period in Riobamba. Aimed at high school students, the program offers practical activities such as camping, first aid, and teamwork to fulfill the Student Participation Program (PPE) requirements. Operating under an agreement between the Association of Scouts of Ecuador and the Ministry of Education, the sessions will take place on Saturdays at the Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo campus.
