In Houet province, Burkina Faso, Ousmane Kindo was appointed president of the Coordination nationale des associations de la veille citoyenne (CNAVC), with an installation ceremony scheduled for 21 July.
In Mayotte, the Jeunes Talents Mahorais programme, supporting more than 70 young athletes, held a meeting where parents, officials and athletes discussed funding challenges and the personal sacrifices required for high‑level competition.
Also in Burkina Faso, provincial officials led a consultation meeting in Boulgou to prepare for the second edition of the Immersion Patriotique Obligatoire (IPO), encouraging community participation and outlining upcoming preparatory activities.
In Bouaké, Côte d'Ivoire, the Alliance des forces émergentes (AFECI) marked its 10‑year anniversary, reaffirming its commitment to peace, social cohesion and youth empowerment across the country.
