Youth on the Labor Market project launches in Kujawsko-Pomorskie

The ‘Youth on the Labor Market’ project is currently recruiting participants in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. Implemented by Parol Koncept Rafał Parol in partnership with the District Labor Office in Grudziądz, the initiative is funded by the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program.

The project targets individuals aged 18–29 seeking professional experience, internships, or employment, as well as employers looking to hire new staff or organize internships. Information sessions are scheduled for October 22, 2026, in Grudziądz; October 28, 2026, in Bydgoszcz; and October 29, 2026, in Toruń.

Employers can apply for job creation cost reimbursements. Depending on the commitment to maintain employment for 8 or 12 months, reimbursements can reach up to 26,500 PLN net or 39,700 PLN net, respectively, subject to a required employer contribution.
