Youth orchestra selected for festival and students perform street art

The Orquesta Infantil y Juvenil (OIJ) of the Teatro Regional del Maule has been selected to perform at the Fernando Rosas Festival. The group is scheduled to present at the Teatro Municipal de Santiago on November 27, 2026. This selection recognizes the dedication of the young musicians, their director Javiera Olivares, and the support of the institution's faculty and families.

In Argentina, students from the Visual Arts Teaching program at Instituto 806 conducted an artistic intervention titled ‘Casas Andantes’ at the intersection of Alsina and Vélez Sarsfield. Directed by Cintia Blanco and Carolina Barrientos, the project combined visual arts, dance, and photography to explore themes of home and personal memory through character-driven performances.
