Youth political movements hold rallies in Argentina and Chile

Political youth organizations in Argentina and Chile have held recent activities to strengthen their presence and ideological discourse.

In Argentina, the Juventud Radical of the Fourth Section conducted a campaign in Chivilcoy under the slogan ‘Acuerdos para el Futuro’ (Agreements for the Future). The group aims to rebuild the radical discourse by focusing on education, health, labor, production, and infrastructure, while advocating for a more efficient provincial state. The movement indicated it is beginning preparations for the 2027 elections.

In Chile, the Juventudes Comunistas (JJCC) held a ‘Cuecazo’ in Plaza Italia to celebrate the upcoming 94th anniversary of the organization. Led by president Catalina Lufín Pacheco, the event combined traditional dance with political messaging. Pacheco framed the gathering as a form of resistance against the current administration, emphasizing the youth's commitment to social justice and the reclamation of national symbols.
