Youth sports programs held in Germany

Various youth summer programs have taken place in Germany, focusing on sports and community engagement.

At the SCFF youth week, 27 children and adolescents aged seven to 15 participated in sailing activities on Forggensee. Using Opti and Laser boat classes, the program included 14 beginners. The week featured sailing training, knot-tying, and competitive races for advanced sailors, with the Laser group receiving instruction from a Greek competitive sailor.

In Emmendingen, the FC Emmendingen 03 holiday program, known as ‘Crocky’, hosted approximately 80 children and adolescents. Organized by the FCE support circle and the city of Emmendingen, the football tournament emphasized fair play and teamwork by mixing teams daily. Participants competed in a format simulating national teams, with awards given for individual performance, fair play, and overall tournament victory.
