Youth Summer Programs Kick Off in Portugal and Italy

A nine‑day Erasmus+ summer activity titled “Gaming for Climate ChanCe” will take place in Amarante, Portugal from 17 to 24 August 2026. The program, aimed at Italian residents aged 18‑30, combines climate‑change education with tabletop game design. All costs for accommodation, meals (vegetarian) and training are covered by the Erasmus+ grant; participants pay a €30 insurance fee and an upfront €50 deposit, part of which is refundable. The initiative is coordinated by InformaGiovani and includes workshops, play‑testing, and creation of educational games.

Meanwhile, the Oasi Giovani organization in Savigliano, Italy, continues to accept registrations for its “Estate Ragazzi” summer camp. Six weeks of activities begin on 15 June and run until 24 July, followed by a summer centre period until 4 September. The program offers full‑time or part‑time slots, environmental‑themed workshops, homework support, and outdoor games under the banner “Oasi green summer – eroi del futuro”. Fees are €5.50 per afternoon session, with additional services such as a “solo compiti” tutoring slot.
