Youth talent festivals held in Siheung and Suncheon

Local youth festivals were held in Siheung and Suncheon to provide platforms for young people to showcase their talents.

In Siheung, the Siheung Youth and Young Adult Foundation hosted the ‘2026 United Busking [Untitled]: Blank Page’ at Pigeon Park in Eunhaeng-dong. The event featured 16 performance groups, including 10 bands, 5 dance teams, and 1 vocal group. A youth planning committee led the event, managing hosting and operations to ensure student-led participation.

In Suncheon, the fifth annual ‘Youth Talent UP! Sangsam Love Happy Day’ took place at Geumdang Beodne Park in Haeryong-myeon. Despite rainy weather, the festival included performances by middle school students featuring K-pop dance, bands, acoustic guitar, and traditional Samulnori. The event also provided community engagement through craft experiences, games, and food booths.
