Youth weekend camps announced in Belgium and the Netherlands

The Chiro As‑Niel organization in Belgium announced a three‑day mini‑bivak for its youngest groups, scheduled from Friday 13 March at 19:00 to Sunday 15 March at 12:00. The event will take place at De Dries in Niel (Nielerlaan 11) and includes games, meals prepared by a cooking team, and overnight sleeping arrangements. Participants must bring their Chiro clothing, rain jackets, footwear, sleeping gear and identification documents, and must have paid the registration fee before attending.

Separately, the Dutch association BVKM publicised its BVKM‑Weekend 2026, to be held on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September 2026 at the Van der Valk Hotel De Bilt near Utrecht. The programme features visits to the Spoorwegmuseum or a golf clinic, evening social events, a breakfast, creative workshops, VR games and a joint dinner. The weekend is aimed at members of all ages, with activities for children and opportunities for creative writing contributions.
