Youthall announces Turkey's most preferred companies for 2026

The results of the Youth Awards 2026, organized by the career platform Youthall, have been announced in Istanbul. The awards identify the most preferred companies in Turkey based on votes from over 201,000 young people representing 227 universities and 173 different academic departments.

A total of 165 companies across various sectors, including finance, technology, retail, automotive, energy, health, insurance, and fast-moving consumer goods, participated in the voting process. The demographic data shows that the majority of voters were aged 18-24, with 58% identifying as female and 42% as male. The highest participation rates came from Yıldız Technical University, Marmara University, and Istanbul Technical University, while the most active academic fields were Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Business Administration.

Akbank, Akçansa, and Boehringer Ingelheim received Sector Special Awards. Other companies recognized as top employers in their respective sectors include Abdi İbrahim, Allianz Türkiye, Anadolu Efes, ASELSAN, Borusan Holding, Enerjisa, ikas, Mastercard, Mercedes-Benz Otomotiv, Migros, Samsung, Siemens, Şişecam, Turkish Airlines, and Türkiye İş Bankası. Youthall CEO Emre Aykan noted that the votes reflect not just company preferences, but the values and approaches young people seek in the future of work.
